The eZMP is a high performance, standalone motion controller for factory automation and other high performance machine applications. The eZMP supports up to 64 tightly coordinated servo motors, stepper motors, and 252 configurable I/O nodes. To support an additonal 64 axes (128 axes), a second ZMP motion processor can be added to the PCI expansion slot. The dual-processor architecture features a ZMP motion processor for real-time motion applications and an upgradeable Intel processor for standard system operations. The eZMP has SynqNet for real-time networked drives and I/O. The eZMP also features Ethernet TCP/IP and USB connectivity for factory/supervisory level control.
The MPX a simplified motion programming library for the Microsoft Visual Basic .NET application development tool. With the MPX, you can quickly create multi-axis motion, I/O, and Graphical User Interface (GUI) automation programs. Compatible with all Danaher Motion SynqNet motion controllers, MPX supports servo and stepper multi-axis motion control via the SynqNet plug & play motion network, high-speed I/O commands, system event management and TCP/IP remote access, as well as a suite of PID and PIV control algorithms. MPX also supports real-time data recording for system analysis and optimization including the ability to monitor internal drive variables such as current output. MPX is compatible with MechaWare for developing custom control algorithms, and the utility library includes GUI controls.
The WorkBench Configuration Tool is a powerful software provides rapid system setup of all components on a SynqNet network, including the controller, drives, and I/O nodes from one convenient, integrated tool. Designed to reduce machine design and commissioning time, the WorkBench Configuration Tool provides a single, easy-to-use software environment for configuring and managing settings for SynqNet controllers, drives, and I/O nodes. Utilizing drive setup wizards for Danaher Motion drives, users can configure servo drive parameters and make automatic tuning gain selections with as few as five clicks of the mouse.
The S200 Series Digital Brushless Servo Drives push high performance servo technology into lower power applications than was previously possible without having to compromise on reliability or package size. Couple an S200 drive with an AKM servomotor for a complete servo control solution designed to excel in applications such as semiconductor fabrication, electronic assembly, packaging, medical, and woodworking equipment.
Slice-I/O Family of Products for SynqNet features a convenient modular package that is simple to wire and add or change slice types. SynqNet Slice-I/O mounts on standard 35mm DIN rail and a full range of Digital and Analog slices are available. In addition, powerful software tools are available to help configure and test Slice I/O in your SynqNet network.
